Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Business Operations
Eight years running the CRM, reporting, and automation behind sales and marketing teams, from a startup’s ground floor to enterprise scale. Along the way, I find the gaps between people, tools, and workflows and close them.

Eight years across sales, operations, and CRM product. Select a role for details.
I'm the CRM product owner for Ford Pro's email program, building internal tools with Claude Code. Day to day, I manage the SFMC developer team and make sure every email is spec'd out, built correctly, and ready to send.
I also work with the data, strategy, and sales teams in Power BI to analyze campaign performance and shape where the CRM strategy goes next.
I work with organizations of all sizes on scoped projects: CRM migrations, GTM systems consulting, sales operations, and improving the processes and automations behind every go-to-market team.
I joined pre-seed as the first SDR, then built the sales operations function from the ground up as the company grew through its seed round, including leading the HubSpot to Salesforce migration. Sales and sales ops were the core of the job, but I also worked across the whole org, running internal comms, the shareholder and employee newsletters, and the monthly and quarterly all-hands meetings.
Advised IT and CRM leaders, from small firms to the Fortune 500, on staffing for Salesforce projects. Added a dozen-plus new accounts in 10 months and qualified nearly 50 Salesforce consultants.
We mounted TV screens on the backs of pedicabs to give free rides around Michigan State's campus, paid for by the ads running on the screens. I built the core business plan with the founder and hired, trained, and managed a 10-person team.

I co-founded Michigan State's first peer-led mental health support network. We served 100+ students, and it's still one of the most meaningful things I've been part of.

I serve on the boards of directors of two nonprofits: NEXTGen Detroit and Kii.

Three ways to work together, and the same four steps behind each one.
A defined build with a clear finish line, like a CRM migration, a reporting overhaul, or an automation. Email me what you want to build, and we'll set up a short call to scope it and agree on deliverables.
Start a conversationOngoing ops support for teams that need RevOps ownership before they need a full-time hire. We'll start with a call on your priorities, then agree on a monthly scope and cadence.
Start a conversationFor teams hiring a RevOps, BizOps, or GTM systems lead, or someone to own the internal operations nobody else has time for. Send the role or a quick note about the team, and we can take it from there.
Start a conversationThe same four steps behind every engagement.
Not sure which fits? Email me and we'll figure it out together.
Born and raised in Michigan, I graduated from Michigan State's Broad College of Business, spent seven years between New York City and Denver, and now I'm back in Michigan living in Royal Oak. I'm the same at home as at work: if something could work better, I want to take it apart and fix it. Most weeks that means a print running on the 3D printer or a house project in progress. The rest of the time I'm water skiing in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, hiking, or playing soccer, and game days belong to Michigan State and all things Detroit.
I'm also a semi-professional GeoGuessr player. It's a game that drops you somewhere on Google Street View, and you figure out where in the world you are from the clues around you. I haven't streamed on Twitch in a while, but who knows, I may pop on randomly one day 👀
